Job Description
Interview Process: In-person interview process. Candidates MUST be able to interview in person, no exceptions. Likely to be a 1 round panel interview with hiring manager plus 2 other team members, but there could potentially be a second-round interview if the manager feels like it is needed
Hybrid work Schedule (non-negotiable): This position will require in-office work on Tuesday and Wednesday each week, with the ability to work remote Monday, Thursday and Friday. In office days are mandatory and cannot be altered.
Candidates MUST be local to the Lansing, Michigan area (within 90 miles) at time of submission. This requirement is non-negotiable.

Education
- Some college
Required Skills
- 1+ years of testing applications for digital accessibility
- 1 year working with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
- Advanced knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA
- Advanced skills using assistive technologies like JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of testing applications for digital accessibility
- Certification related to WCAG
- Previous government experience
