- Experience with Microsoft O365 products.
- Experience with incident reporting and support ticketing systems.
- Experience with network and computer security testing tools.
- Experience reading and interpreting security logs and reports.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices of information security.
- Knowledge of business process analysis methods.
- Responds promptly to technical, system and/or emergency issues when contacted outside of scheduled work hours, remotely or in person as needed.
- Perform related work as required.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Stays up to date with cybersecurity trends and risks.
- Experience working with Tenable and Splunk.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and technologies.
- Associate’s degree or current certifications within information technology.
