Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–2 years of recruitment experience to join our growing team. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes, sourcing candidates for sales and support functions, and ensuring timely closures. You will play a key role in building the workforce that drives Client’s growth in the healthcare space.

 

Key Responsibilities

✓ Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, Logistics and support roles.

✓ Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

✓ Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.

✓ Work with existing manpower agencies and create new ones who can help source resources.

✓ Meeting agreed timeline for hiring, onboarding & retention.

✓ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth process flow.

✓ Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hires.

 

Required Skills & Competencies

✓ 1–2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

✓ Strong sourcing skills using job portals and LinkedIn.

✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✓ Ability to manage multiple requirements under deadlines.
